Speaking Toolkit For Authors

Being a great writer may help you write a fantastic book, but you’ll need to be a good speaker and presenter if you want to sell lots of books.

Authors can generate non-paid speaking engagements with bookstores, libraries, and community organizations such as churches and schools. But they can sell books at these events. Further, authors can sell books and earn a fee when speaking to trade groups, associations, corporations and large groups.

In order to impress people, it will take more than the right words. Speakers do more than speak – they act, they lead, they cheer, and they persuade with passion and energy.

Below are five blog posts that will help you become a better presenter and book marketer – and hopefully help you sell more books, earn higher fees, get invited back, and even land a consulting gig or job. Good luck!
